I may be stealing from Seinfeld, here, now that I look back on this.
Soo ... anyone else wonder why policemen use such force to get a person down, and then make sure they don't bump their head on the top of the car?
Policeman: "GET DOWN!! I SAID GET DOWN, YOU BASTARD!!"
Suspect: "Son of a bitch!"
Policeman: *fires gun*
Suspect: "Gah!! My leg!!"
